For returning defective products, please send them directly to Breakfast Cereal Cup using suitable packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Remember to include an original copy of the receipt with your return. Please note that Breakfast Cereal Cup is not liable for any shipping and handling costs associated with returns.

Breakfast Cereal Cup will replace your product free of charge in the instance of a manufacturer defect.

• Product being returned
• Reason for warranty claim
• Photocopy of receipt
• Date of purchase
• Photo of warranty issue
• Shipping address for returning repaired or replacement product

After processing your claim, we will get in touch with you to arrange the return of your product. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email providing updates on the status of your warranty claim and the estimated ship date for your new replacement, if applicable.
